My Real Incomes Complete Refund Policy:
Subscription Terms & Conditions:
At My Real Income and there is no minimum contract period that you must enter into and we are happy to cancel your subscription to our service at any time.
You can cancel your subscription by contacting us via email, telephone or Live Chat.
To cancel your subscription to My Real Income, please provide us with the following details:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address
- Your Order ID Number (this will be on your order receipt which is emailed to you shortly after purchase)
Refund Terms & Conditions:
Please note that the initial 5 days trial payment is non-refundable as we are providing you with a service during your trial period in which to decide if you wish to continue with the program.
Simply put, use the My Real Income program and if for some reason it does not provide you with ANY benefits, then we will refund the price of your monthly subscription charge ($77.00) on the provisory that you have followed the terms listed below.
If you wish to claim a refund for the $77.00 monthly re-bill charge, then you must have completed the below steps:
- Used the My Real Income program correctly for a minimum of 14 days
- You must upload a website using the instructions contained within the My Real Income programme and provide the My Real
- Income Customer Support team with a valid URL.
- Contacted Customer Support via support@myrealincome.com for help and advice
- Follow the advice provided to you by Customer Support
If you have completed the above steps then we will require the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address
- Your Order ID Number (this will be on your order receipt which is emailed to you shortly after purchase)
- Your Website URL or other proof that you actually followed the instructions in the My Real Income program

Please note:
We will only refund you for the last months subscription charge and not all of the monthly charges (for example if you have used the program for 3 months – You will be refunded for the last months subscription charge and not for months 1 & 2.
Any other charges you have incurred such as domain registration, web hosting and advertising costs will need to be addressed with the relevant companies who have charged you and are not the responsibility of My Real Income.
